Key critical skills required for this role include:
Lead and manage end-to- change initiatives within financial crime compliance, especially related to screening technologies and processes.
Develop and implement structured change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
Conduct detailed impact assessments to understand and mitigate potential risks and business disruptions.
Identify and document changes to business processes, systems, and roles resulting from initiatives.
Support the implementation and enhancement of Financial Crime Screening tools (e.g., Sanctions screening).
Partner with SMEs and technical teams to ensure change aligns with regulatory expectations and internal policies.
Exposure to Financial crime screening and sanctions is required.
Candidate must hold a certification in Change Management or Change Delivery.
Minimum Qualification – bachelor’s degree.

This role is based out of Noida.
