Explore locationJoin Barclays as Business Architect – VP, where you’ll play a pivotal role in framing & developing commercial solutions to unlock business and client value. You will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining data pipelines that power process mining initiatives. You will work closely with process analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to transform raw data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, compliance and customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, or similar).
Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Alteryx, Apache NiFi, Airflow) and familiarity with process mining platforms (Celonis, Signavio, UiPath Process Mining, etc.).
Knowledge of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.
Good understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA, etc.).
Experience with core banking platforms or payment systems and knowledge of financial data models, transaction processing and regulatory reporting.
Excellent Stakeholder management, team – management, negotiation & influencing skills.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Knowledge and experience of Business Architect concepts.
Experience of industry recognized process automation tool sets / capabilities.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
Understanding of BPMN and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).

This role is based in our Noida office.

To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.
