Overall purpose of role
The candidate is expected to work in a high intensity, result oriented team environment as the Change and Strategy partner for UK Corporate Operations. Role holder is expected to lead change agendas with a wider outreach spanning across c1,500 colleagues in UKC Ops in India. Candidate will be based out of Noida. The candidate is expected to effectively partner with global counterparts to facilitate organization change, ensuring smooth transitions and employee adoption, aligning all with strategic goals. This is a people manager role and the candidate is expected to show initiative, consistently deliver excellence and help develop colleagues. This role provides the opportunity to develop as a leader and to make a strong immediate contribution for applicants who are proactive, tenacious and eager to showcase their capabilities in senior management. The candidate must possess a high degree of self-motivation and energy, the ability to drive for results, and a track record of setting and achieving goals and meeting deadlines
Key Accountabilities: The accountabilities of this role will cover multiple areas including, but not limited to:
- Workforce planning, demand forecasting and budgeting, cost saves
- Maintain rigor around hiring controls, early career demand, inrole promotion, diversity, attrition
- Business contingency planning, location strategy, succession planning, restacking, hybrid ways of work initiatives
- Monitoring, tracking, collating, reviewing and reporting key metrics to enable adherence to target
- Governance on basics such as mandatory training, mandatory block leaves, time in office etc
- Enable leadership decision making with strategic insight, findings and recommendations, with appropriate metrics on an adhoc and periodic basis
- Actively partner and collaborate with senior leadership, global partners and project managers across UKC in the execution of defined plans
- Identify and escalate any blockers and facilitate multi-stakeholder buy-in, taking all stakeholders forward in the journey
- Ensure change management is completed in a controlled and robust manner, with rigorous check-and-challenge
- Act as the senior contact and escalation point for all on change initiatives and governance exercises
- Enable leadership message dissemination and timely cascade of important information to the wider colleague groups
- Engage with global leadership and strategy team in UK Corporate COO to drive the change agenda and landing of key messages in the India Organisation to align to the global priorities

Purpose of the role

Accountabilities
- Collaboration with business and senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Liaison between different business units and functions, fostering communication and collaboration.
- Management and coordination of strategic initiatives, projects, and change management efforts to optimize business processes and strengthen the control environment.
- Improvement of operational efficiency within the organisation including the identification of areas for improvement, streamlining of processes, and implementation of best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Development of performance reporting for key metrics that reinforce the strategic objectives of the division and support the external commitments made. Involvement in aspects of financial analysis and budget management, including assistance in financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring of financial performance against targets.
- Support to business heads in partnership with HR on hiring, workforce planning, joiner/mover/leaver actions.
