Explore locationJoin Barclays as QA Automation Lead – Vice President, where you will spearhead the evolution of our infrastructure and deployment pipelines, driving innovation and operational excellence. You will harness cutting-edge technology to build and manage robust, scalable and secure infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and executing automation test scripts, as well as managing and mentoring a team of QA automation engineers. Your role will also be responsible for improving testing processes and methodologies to ensure software quality and reliability.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Experience in programming languages like Core Java, Collections, OOPS concepts, Exception Handling, SQL, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, Git.
Knowledge on Jenkins, TeamCity or Gitlab.
Good understanding of Cucumber Framework, Selenium Architecture.
Experience with CI/CD methods.
Some other desired skills include:
Experience in Parallel execution techniques and Reporting techniques.
Cross Browser testing.
Knowledge on Performance testing and security testing.

This role is based in our Pune office.

To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.
