Join us as Operations Analyst – Case Management, where you will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of Larger Business lending cases from submission to drawdown including  complex facilities like bespoke, File Gateway, BACS, AFTS, etc. Provide ‘best in class’ post sanction fulfilment processing support primarily to Credit Managers and Relationship Directors/Relationship Managers (RDs/MDs)  ranging from B6/B7 level with client base being predominately Mid corporate names with complex group structures underpinning lending & PSF requirements.

You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as,

  • A detailed understanding of the end to end lending process and its component functions e.g. Client, Relationship point, Credit, Post sanction fulfilment .

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Operational & Rigour procedures, tools & practices.

  • Proven ability to apply detailed & comprehensive technical understanding in a coherent & logical manner.

  • previous experience in Corporate Case Management/Fulfilment related roles with proven knowledge on Siebel, IBM BPM, Customer System (Full serve) and ZEUS.

  • Strong Lending Experience backed with demonstrated understanding of key operations levers around Risk, BCM, Change etc.

Purpose of the role

To support Wholesale Lending with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution. 

Accountabilities

  • Support with day-to-day Wholesale Lending initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution through lending technical expertise.
  • Monitoring the bank’s lending operations to ensure that they are conducted in an efficient and effective manner and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
  • Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Wholesale Lending processes.
  • Development and implementation of Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Development of reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Wholesale Lending Services.
  • Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Lending efficiency and effectiveness.
