To thrive in this role, you’ll need some previous experience in:
Graduate/post-graduate in any discipline with strong experience of international customer service role in a Contact centre.
To be a single point of contact for addressing queries, concern, complaints and resolving them as appropriate Need-based escalation of decisions and ensure proper follow-up of the same.
Effective communication, including Comprehension & questioning skills,
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Achieving high standards and delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail.
MS Office Applications.
Ability to comprehend given set of instructions and apply the same for day-to-day transaction processing.
Flexibility to work in a 24 x 7 environment with variable shift patterns.

This role is based out of Noida.
