Step into the role of Portfolio Integrity- LIQ cross charge Resource at Barclays, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future. In this pivotal role you will manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators.  You will focus on supporting and managing post-closing servicing activities across the wholesale lending lifecycle, ensuring the accurate execution of loan servicing transactions and operational processes. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the individual will drive operational excellence, maintain service quality, and support continuous process improvements while acting as a subject matter expert within the team within Barclays.

You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:

• Manage end-to-end servicing activities for wholesale lending products, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within agreed service levels.

• Maintain and update loan records, process servicing requests, and support complex lending transactions using ACBS and LIQ platforms.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve servicing queries, operational exceptions, and customer-impacting issues.

• Ensure compliance with operational controls, lending policies, and regulatory requirements while mitigating operational risk.

• Support junior team members through knowledge sharing, guidance, and subject matter expertise, while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Desirable skills set:

• Strong experience in wholesale lending operations with a focus on loan servicing and post-closing activities.

• Working knowledge of ACBS and LIQ lending platforms.

• Good understanding of loan lifecycle management, operational controls, and servicing processes.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently while demonstrating leadership qualities through mentoring, collaboration, and driving operational excellence.

This role is based out of Noida.

Purpose of the role

To support Wholesale Lending with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution. 

Accountabilities

• Support with day-to-day Wholesale Lending initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution through lending technical expertise.
• Monitoring the bank’s lending operations to ensure that they are conducted in an efficient and effective manner and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
• Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Wholesale Lending processes.
• Development and implementation of Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
• Development of reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
• Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Wholesale Lending Services.
• Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Lending efficiency and effectiveness.
