To be successful as a Reward Specialist you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Prior experience in Compensation or Reward roles.
Postgraduate in business administration / Personnel management / Statistics/ Finance.
Proficient in running/creating compensation & incentive models and bespoke compensation tools.
Understanding of analytical & dashboarding support needed for the delivery of Reward processes.
Understanding of compliances under the labour codes.
Ability to analyse date into tangible summary/recommendations.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Advanced Excel skills; Logical, analytical and numerate, financial literacy, Eye for detail.
Comfortable working with large amounts of data to present accurate, concise reports.
Understanding of local regulatory requirements, local employment and Personal tax laws/codes.
Able to work in a changing environment under pressure, and within timelines.
Good understanding of Reward processes and practices.
This role will be based out of Noida.
Purpose of the role
To develop, implement and maintain compensation programmes and provide advice to resolve any related issues.
