By analyzing control IQ metrics and identifying trends, you will influence process improvements, streamline operational efficiency, and actively support broader change management initiatives.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
End‑to‑end ownership of BAU change initiatives, including scoping, impact assessment, requirements definition, execution oversight, and successful hand‑off into Operations.
Drive structured project management across multiple concurrent change workstreams, ensuring delivery discipline, risk mitigation, and adherence to governance standards.
Apply strong Financial Crime domain knowledge to assess regulatory, operational, and system implications of proposed changes and ensure initiatives remain compliant and risk‑aligned.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders through clear communication, well‑structured updates, and proactive management of dependencies, risks, and decision requests.
Leverage working knowledge of workflow platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Actimize, Camunda, Control IQ or similar) to guide design discussions, evaluate solutions, and support adoption.
Use data‑driven insights to shape change prioritization, assess benefits, and refine operating models, ensuring measurable improvements in productivity and control outcomes.
Desirable Skillsets:
PMP or Change management certification is desirable.
Prior experience in leading change or transformation projects within financial crime, risk operations, or technology‑enabled operational environments is preferred.
Financial Crime knowledge is desirable.
Candidate should have working knowledge of latest technologies like Gen AI, ML, RPA etc.
