Explore locationStep into the role of Transaction Monitoring Workflow Lead wherein you will take ownership of developing robust dashboards and MI reporting frameworks, driving data‑led insights that strengthen operational performance. You will play a pivotal role in capacity planning and workforce management, ensuring optimal utilization of resources across teams while maintaining high standards of productivity. By analyzing control IQ metrics and identifying trends, you can influence process improvements, streamline operational efficiency, and actively support broader change management initiatives.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
Develop and maintain dashboards and MI reports using advanced Excel to track KPIs, productivity and operational performance.
Drive capacity planning and workforce management activities to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Analyst reporting data and workflow metrics to identify trends, improve operational efficiency and support change management initiatives.
Desirable Skillsets:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in building dashboards and generation MI reports.
Strong experience in capacity planning and KPI reporting.
Working knowledge of workflow management tools such as Salesforce, Actimize, Camunda or similar platforms (such as Control IQ).

This role is based out of Noida.
