Deep Finance & Accounting Expertise
Strong understanding of Finance Control and Banking processes, including ledger systems and sub‑ledger architecture.
Knowledge of multi‑GAAP accounting principles, IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Ability to resolve complex accounting and data issues across Finance systems and products.
Controls, Governance & Risk Management
Strong knowledge of governance frameworks such as SOX, audit readiness, and control design.
Ability to embed risk management principles in Finance processes and ensure compliance with Barclays’ Policy & Controls standards.
Transformation & Process Re‑design Skills
Experience leading Finance transformation or large‑scale process redesign initiatives.
