Explore locationJoin Barclays as an Analyst - Cost Management role, where to provide financial expertise and support to various departments and business units within the organisation by the gathering, analysis and interpretation of financial data to inform investment decisions, assess financial risks, and support strategic planning.
To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
CA Inter / MBA / PG with at least 1 year of relevant experience OR Graduate with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong Accounting knowledge – understanding of Financial statements, accounting principles.
Prior exposure towards supporting Financial Close.
Strong Excel and Power point skills.
Working knowledge of automation tools like Alteryx, Powe BI, Power Apps preferred.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Team Player high on Work Ethics.
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Data Analysis – Trend Analysis, ratio analysis.
Ability to handle large data sets.
Understanding of Risk and Control framework.

This role is based in our Noida & Gurugram office.

To provide financial expertise and support to specific business units or departments within the organisation, and act as a liaison between the finance function and various business units, helping to bridge the gap between financial data and business decisions.
