Explore locationJoin us as a Fraud Strategy Manager at Barclays, where you will be supporting the fraud strategy for our cards products on the Next Generation Consumer Banking platform. You will be responsible in recommending and building controls to ensure the fraud strategy is working as designed. You will analyse fraud data and complete root cause analysis on fraud cases to support your control recommendations and will communicate key updates to a variety of stakeholders through regular risk and control forums.
To be successful in this role you should have experience with:
Analytical or numerate proficiency with experience in previous analytical roles or with a numerate/ analytical qualification.
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal, in order to articulate issues and recommendations to a varied stakeholder audience.
Have experience or keen interest in coding.
Strong analytical experience utilising large data sets (ideally comfortable manipulating data in Excel or equivalent data analysis software).
Additional skills include:
Working knowledge of Fraud
Data analytics - SAS, SQL experience

This role is based in Northampton.

To support the Risk Function in delivering it’s objective of safeguarding the bank's financial and operational stability by proactively identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across various business units and activities.
