To be successful as a Lead Test Engineer, you should have experience with:
API & UI Testing: Expertise in both API and UI testing to ensure robust application functionality and user experience.
Test Automation Tools and Framework: experience with popular test automation tools including Playwright, Cucumber, Karate, Selenium, and Cypress.
Automated Test Script Development: Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks for efficient and reliable testing.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experienced with Scaled Agile methodologies.
Extensive understanding and experience with software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, including Cloud, Docker, and OpenShift.
Proficient in GitLab for version control and CI/CD integration.

This role will be based in our Northampton or Knutsford office.

To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.
