Explore locationAs a Payroll Delivery Specialist – 12 Months Full Time Contract, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of UK payrolls. You will support both Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations and project-based initiatives, offering a varied and dynamic workload. You’ll be responsible for managing critical payroll activities such as running gross-to-net calculations, administering legislative documentation (e.g., P60s and P11Ds), and contributing to change projects.
You will act as a point of escalation for the payroll team, providing specialist guidance and support to resolve complex issues. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders and you’ll be expected to drive process improvements and support projects.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
• Extensive experience in payroll and delivery at a specialist level.
• Considerable decision-making skills, balancing policy, legislation, and operational performance.
• Technical experience in systems such as SAP, Workday, or similar.

Your role will be located from our Northampton office.
Purpose of the role
To manage payroll functions, including calculating employee pay, withholding taxes, and any other deductions, as well as maintaining accurate payroll records for the business.
