In this Change Delivery Specialist role, you will sharpen your project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills while partnering with colleagues across IB Tech.
This Change Delivery Specialist role sits at the centre of the Technology Transformation Office and offers an exciting opportunity to help drive Talent and people focused transformation initiatives across IB Technology. You will support programmes that shape how IB Tech attracts, develops and engages its people, working closely with stakeholders across teams and locations globally. The role provides hands on exposure to project management, stakeholder engagement, and change delivery, allowing you to rapidly build core skills through real delivery responsibility.
Alongside transformation initiatives, you will also support volunteer led programmes, coordinate internal communications, drive feedback initiatives, support engagement activities and events, and manage reporting. We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and disciplined individual who enjoys working with people, brings structure to complexity, and consistently delivers ahead of schedule. You will play a key role in keeping momentum across multiple workstreams, ensuring progress is clear, coordinated and impactful. To be successful as a Change Delivery Specialist, you should have:
- Strong organisational and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, bring structure to complexity, and deliver consistently against deadlines
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across teams, locations, and different seniority levels
- Hands‑on experience or strong capability in project management, change delivery, or programme coordination focused on people‑centric initiatives

Purpose of the role
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
- Management of change projects within the organisation, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Development and management of project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects.
- Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.
- Management of project teams, ensuring that they are properly resourced and that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives.
- Management of project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed budget.
- Creation of reports on project progress to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary.
- Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
