Explore locationJoin us as an Early Careers Engagement Specialist at Barclays, where you'll be closely collaborating and fostering the vibrant Early Careers community. You would be acting as a central contact point, - cultivating a sense of trust, care, well-being and belonging for all involved. You would also partner with relevant 3rd party organisations, e.g. universities, code schools, gender diversity organisations, etc. to build Barclays’ brand, recruit new talent, and bring new content and opportunities to our existing employees.
To be successful as an Early Careers Engagement Specialist, you should have:
• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
•Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• High organisational skills with the ability to adjust to a changing workload effectively, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Some other highly valued skills may include:
• Experience working in global organizations
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Previous recruiter experience is an advantage
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based in our Prague office.
