Explore locationJoin us as a Lead Technical Business Analyst - Rates Risk and Pricing Technology at Barclays, where you'll gather and support our stakeholders’ requirements, providing business analysis, and solutions based on their needs, and generally helping to accelerate enrolment of new products as part of Rates Risk and Pricing Technology area. This role includes data and business analysis as well as management of cross-regional project initiatives.
To be successful as a Lead Technical Business Analyst - Rates Risk and Pricing Technology, you should have experience with:
•Technical business analysis within a complex environment, gathering business requirements, senior stakeholder management, strong communication and presentation skills
•SQL and databases, and a proficiency in advanced data analytics in MS Excel
•Previous experience in setting up and managing project teams in complex and cross-regional environments, alongside with experience in setting up and fine-tuning processes, improving team efficiency and people management activities
Some other highly valued skills may include:
•Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
•Solid experience in investment banking domain and familiarity with complex hybrid derivative products
• Professional qualifications in Finance area

This role will be based in our Prague office.
