Explore locationJoin us as aProject Support Analyst at Barclays, where you’ll help Change Delivery Managers deliver successful outcomes by ensuring processes, controls, and governance standards are fully met and aligned to strategic objectives. You’ll support the project management office(PMO), manage project financials, workforce management, contract management, prepare governance packs, track actions, and proactively coordinate with delivery leads to ensure all project artefacts are completed on time. You’ll also manage contract documentation, run JIRA burn‑down reporting within scaled agile delivery, maintain Navigator updates and timesheet compliance, keep resource/hiring/LDW trackers current, partner with Scrum Masters on allocation and bandwidth, and support project financials—MTP bottoms‑up forecasting and actuals—alongside MTP tool data updates and invoice validation/approvals.
To be successful as a Project Support Analyst, you should have:
Financial Management – Project Financials, Workforce contracts.
Communication – Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Governance management – oversight of upcoming activities, ensuring actions are followed up and updated for stakeholder consumption.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Numeracy – budget management, risk & opportunity identification, and management of project finances supporting Delivery Leads in achieving monthly targets.
Reporting – gathering data from team members and compiling accurate, timely reporting.
Agile/JIRA – practical exposure to scaled agile practices and maintaining JIRA dashboards/burn‑down charts.

This role will be based in our Prague office.
