Our Expert Programme
You'll join our expert programme, a 1-2-year targeted, fast-track programme designed to give you depth and breadth of experience. Participating in job-based bespoke training from the start enabling you to go fully-equipped into your role as you develop specialist technical expertise.
Why the Technology Developer Graduate Programme?
As a Developer, you’ll be the brains behind the design, installation, testing and maintenance of existing and new systems. This is more than playing around with code; you will be playing a critical role in finding innovative solutions to complex problems, for our clients and customers daily.
You’ll develop a solid understanding of the global markets and finance and make an impact right away. You’ll work in a varied and dynamic technical environment that includes
Java, C++, C#, Python, SQL, NoSql, javascript/typescript, Containers / Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps ( AWS / Docker), Machine Learning/AI, scripting languages, grid computing and real-time systems.
You may:
• Design and innovate products using the newest technologies
• Provide an intelligence-led approach to cyber security
• Develop intuitive user interfaces for applications
• Optimize systems and applications
• Analyse code to improve processes
• Write scripts for data pulls and analysis
• Work with business areas to understand and meet their needs.
Graduates will join across 2 cohorts with starting dates of April 2026 and August 2026
To be considered for this programme, you must be able to code in at least one language and ideally have a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) degree, but it isn't essential.
Ideally, you’ll also bring a genuine interest in technology with the drive to solve financial challenges with innovative solutions, and an ambition to design and deliver the next technological breakthrough.
