Explore locationStep into the role of Assistant Manager - Likezero at Barclays, where you'll provide first-class support by conducting in-depth due diligence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and safeguarding our clients and organization with expertise and care.
You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient capture of contractual terms data from executed agreements, supporting the digitization and codification of legal documentation within Barclays’ Contractual Terms Repository and the LikeZero platform. You will work collaboratively with legal and data SMEs to ensure high standards of data quality and compliance.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
• Accurately capture document terms data points from executed agreements into the LikeZero platform.
• Support document upload, metadata enhancement, and document splitting as required (subject to tech development).
• Conduct QA reviews of Contract Terms output generated by LikeZero for accuracy and record discrepancies, facilitating SME review as required.
• Manually enrich extracted Contract Terms output to complete the record based on available guidelines or SOPs.
• Coordinate document exceptions raised through the tool and raise queries to the Team Manager or relevant SME.
• Participate in training sessions and develop expertise in Barclays standards and documentation processes.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrates accuracy in data entry and review, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn and develop proficiency with data digitization platforms (e.g., LikeZero).
• Quality Assurance: Capable of conducting QA reviews and identifying discrepancies in data outputs.
• Collaboration & Communication: Works effectively within a team, coordinating with Team Managers and SMEs to resolve queries.
• Initiative & Learning: Proactively participates in training sessions and seeks opportunities to develop expertise in Barclays documentation standards.
Desirable skill sets:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Law, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in legal documentation, data operations, or contract management within financial services is an advantage but not required.
• Strong interest in developing a career in legal documentation and data operations.
