Key critical skills required for this role include:
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for corporate clients, including document collection, due diligence, and system setup.
Work directly with Relationship Managers and sales teams to ensure accurate transfer of client requirements and expectations.
Ensure all client information is captured, processed, and stored according to company policies and regulatory standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during the onboarding process.
Ensure corporate onboarding complies with regulatory and legal requirements such as KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other relevant compliance frameworks.
Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to conduct thorough due diligence and ensure risk factors are properly addressed.
Stay updated with evolving regulations and industry best practices to maintain compliance during the onboarding process.
