As a part of team of developers, you will deliver technology stack, using strong analytical and problem solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions. You will support the End-to-End testing cycle of a project covering front-to-back data flows, co-ordination of testing cycles with upstream and downstream consumers and conducting impact assessments where appropriate for review by project stakeholders.
To be successful as an Automation Engineer you should have experience with:
Should be able to understand the requirements and design aspects and design optimal tests
Should be able to identify automation opportunities, design automation test approach for projects and help the Lead Test Manager in driving the implementation
Should be able to identify proper Automation Framework required for project considering different factors
Should be able to create Automation scripts using defined / new framework and design guidelines
Should be able to contribute to framework level changes as applicable.
Executes Automated Tests and collates evidence for Test automation progress reporting and tracking.
Articulates the tests executed, data used, the results and defects to project stakeholders
Track and circulate automation metrics across testing portfolio.
Some other highly valued skills includes:
Good Financial industry knowledge, experience of working with Banking.
Understanding of banking applications and infrastructure
Strong Analytical and documentation skills
Managing across geographically dispersed teams

This role is based out of Pune.
