To be successful as an a Automation Engineer, you should have experience with:-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, with relevant experience in software development, automation, and/or DevOps.
Experience in Developing and maintaining automation solutions using technologies such as ASP.Net, C#, SQL/NoSQL and Python.
Hands on experience in building and deploying applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and IIS on Windows.
Manage and resolve automation tool issues via incident, problem, and change tickets, following ITIL processes.
Experience with one of the cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS.
Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g. ELK stack, Datadog, Splunk) and reporting/dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Kibana, Grafana).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in Agile environments and cross-team collaboration.
Some other highly valued skills may include:-
Experience in Developing and maintaining automation solutions using technologies such as PowerShell, ELK stack, Power Platforms, GitLab, Azure.
Hands on experience in Implementing observability, monitoring, and reporting solutions with ELK stack, Tableau, Power BI, and related tools.
Apply CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices in line with TAD standards.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident, problem, and change management.
Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
Collaborate with development and vendor teams to deliver solutions and implement changes.
Good to have basic Generative AI tools knowledge, data analytics and Machine learning.

This role is based in Pune.
