To be a successful " AVP – Data and Records Governance – RCSA and CERPA ", you should have experience with (Mandatory)
1. Risk Assessment Processes and Operational Risk Environment.
2. Phase of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
3. Testing Design and Operating Effectiveness of Control.
4. Assessing the Inherent risk and Residual Risk.
5. Conducting various meeting and forums.
6. Issue Management and Escalation protocols.
Some other highly valued skills may include (Mandatory):
Strong knowledge of Risk and Controls.
Manage risk and risk treatment.
Knowledge around framework, policies, standards.
Understanding of Various Baking regulations.
Risk and Issue Classification Matrix.
