Explore locationJoin us as a Business Analyst at Barclays, where you will play a key role in driving strategic change and business transformation across the organisation. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define business requirements, design operating models and deliver innovative solutions that support Barclays' strategic objectives while ensuring robust risk management and governance.
To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have experience with:
• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and requirements management
• Expertise in translating complex business challenges into executable business and technology solutions
• Experience in process design, operational design, and target operating model development
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders
• Experience in business case development, feasibility assessments, and solution evaluation
• Knowledge of change management practices, including requirements traceability and benefits realization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience evaluating multiple solution options and recommendations
• Experience managing risks, controls, and governance requirements within business change initiatives
• Ability to create and present clear and concise documentation, reports, and strategic recommendations
• Experience working across cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes

The role is based out of Pune.
