You'll be working closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and Team helping to define, analyse and document business requirements.
To be successful as a Business Analyst you should have experience with:
Experience with BA skills like requirement elicitation, As-Is and To-Be process flow, Process mapping, Stakeholder Management
Experience with process tools like MS Visio, Draw.io
Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Experience working within Agile development methodologies and participating in Scrum ceremonies
Proficiency in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Strong facilitation skills for requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings
Understanding of banking/financial services domain concepts and terminology
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in Salesforce CRM and any related certifications like Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
Knowledge of banking industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
Understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
Knowledge of change management principles and organizational transformation
Experience with product backlog management and prioritization techniques
Prior experience in Banking/Financial services industry

This role is based out of Pune.
