Join us as a “Process & Requirements Analyst” and help us deliver a simpler, better more balanced experience for our colleagues and leaders across the world. You will play a critical role in transforming the bank. You will map the ‘as-is’ journey, work with all stakeholders to capture requirements for change, then lead agile design sprints and capture at every step of the journey, the design config requirements. Once solutions are built, you will confirm them against the requirements before we move into testing. You will then help create testing scenarios, based on your knowledge of the applied use cases and finally you will work with the Change and Training lead, to ensure that launch collateral connects how the new solution, addresses significant business requirements.

To be successful as a “Process & Requirements Analyst”, you should have experience with:                                                               

  • Critical Reasoning, Curiosity & Mindfulness.

  • Requirements Documentation: Systematically analysing and documents existing processes, requirements, current & future state processes, and design workshop outputs, with a high degree of specificity.

  • Process Mapping: Experienced and skilled in many processes mapping tools e.g., Blueworks, Visio, MSOffice etc.

  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced, agile environment.

  • You are solutions oriented, credible with colleagues, People Leaders, and senior leaders. Should be able to work across centres of excellence, colleague support, HR tech and the journey experience team, creating one coherent, aligned set of requirements and designs.

  • JIRA & Governance: Responsible for loading requirements into JIRA and supporting governance around and version control in the Jira, supporting design, build and testing.

  • Test Scenario Writing: Writes test scripts for both positive and negative scenarios, ensuring independence and thoroughness in testing.

Additional Skills:

  • Business English & Multinational Experience: Must be experienced in writing detailed specifications in business English and working in multinational environments.

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

This role will be based out of Chennai, India.

Core hours for this role are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, with flexibility needed for key afternoon meetings.

Purpose of the role

To support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities. 

Accountabilities

  • Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
  • Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
  • Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
  • Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
  • Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.

  • Consult on complex issues; providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.
  • Identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
  • Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas, which requires understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function.
  • Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy.
  • Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources such as procedures and practises (in other areas, teams, companies, etc).to solve problems creatively and effectively.
