You will harness cutting-edge technology to build and manage robust, scalable and secure infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital solutions.
To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have experience with:
ISO 20022 & MT Messaging Expertise – Strong command over PAIN/PACS/CAMT, MT101/103, NACHA formats, including routing logic and message validations.
End-to-End Payment Flow Analysis – Ability to interpret business requirements, identify impacted microservices/APIs, and determine required field-level changes in mappings.
Scheme-Level Knowledge & Problem Solving – Deep understanding of payment schemes with strong decision‑making and issue‑resolution capabilities.
Desirable Skills:
Technical Awareness – Familiarity with APIs, MQ, Kafka, correlation IDs, and mapping tools.
Stakeholder & Cross-Team Communication – Effective collaboration with Business, Operations, Product, Program, component teams, payment engines, Compliance, RTB, and Solution Architects.
Validation & Testing Mindset – Skilled in interpreting payloads, reviewing mappings, and supporting SIT/UAT cycles and outcomes.

The role is based out of Pune.
