Explore locationJoin us as aCorporate Client Reporting Service Recovery Engineer (SRE- VP)where you will play a critical role in supporting this end-to-end (F2B) reporting flow. In this position, you will focus on the rapid restoration of services during incidents, ensuring full recovery with minimal customer impact. You will also contribute to driving stability improvements across the technology stack, while gaining deep technical exposure across a complex estate of 20+ systems,leveragingmodern technologies to support and enhance the client journey.
To be successful as a Corporate Client Reporting Service Recovery Engineer (SRE- VP), you should have experience with:
Incident response & service restoration (support recovery efforts)
Troubleshooting & diagnosis (identifythe underlying issue quickly)
Coordination across teams (engineering, infrastructure, vendors)
Workarounds & fixes to restore service
Post-incident analysis (support root cause and improvements)
Reliability & availability (meeting uptime targets / SLAs)
Monitoring & alerting (detect issues early)
Automation (reduce manual ops work)
Performance & scalability

The role is based out of Pune.

To effectively monitor and maintain the bank’s critical technology infrastructure and resolve more complex technical issues, whilst minimising disruption to operations.
