To contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change. Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures.
To be successful as an “Data Analyst”, you should have experience with:
Required Skills:
Workday reporting (Report Writer).
Qlik Sense / Power BI reporting.
Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) proficiency.
HR Reporting & Analytics – domain experience.
Additional Skills:
MS Power Queries or Power Apps Python programming.
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.

This role will be based out of Pune/Chennai.

We work over lapping UK work timings 11 AM or 12 Noon to 8 PM or 9 PM.
Purpose of the role
To enable data-driven strategic and operational decision making through extracting actionable insights from large datasets, performing statistical and advanced analytics to uncover trends and patterns, and presenting findings through clear visualisations and reports.
