To be successful as a "Data Analytics Controls Assurance", you should have experience with:
Hands on Data Analytics and AI experience in Financial Services, with experience in Assurance Audits an advantage.
Analytical approach and proven ability to manage issues through to resolution.
Strong team management, project management, analytical and organization skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across a global team.
Ability to successfully multitask and complete assignments with varying lead times.
Ability to manage a team and driving the delivery to successful closure.
Essential Skills:
Strong knowledge of programming, understanding of data storage, retrieval, and manipulation tools, such as SQL, Python, Power BI and/or cloud concepts.
Understanding of Tableau dashboards, reports to support decision making.
Hands on experience on control testing and execution and delivery of control testing reviews.
Extensive knowledge of risk and control including relevant tools and techniques.
Understanding of Financial Services Industry and its businesses landscape.
Ability to identify and deploy emerging data analytics technologies and utilize them to deliver practical business solutions.
Location-Pune.

Purpose of the role
To partner with the bank, to provide independent insurance on control processes and advise on improvements to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the bank’s internal controls framework.
