Explore locationJoin Barclays as a DCP & Governance Analyst role, where This analyst role will form part of the GTIS Service Delivery commercial team, main responsibility will be to facilitate specific BU DCPs (Demand Challenge Process) ensuring all spend is approved within the governance framework this includes agendas, running meetings, ensuring relevant approvals are in place and managing expectations. You will work with senior stakeholder so must have excellent communication skills. In addition, we are looking for someone with advanced excel and reporting skills, and someone who can get involved with process improvements, reporting consolidation, automation, simplification, and someone with a general interest in tech improvements including but not limited to AI. There will be future opportunities to develop your skill sets within the wider commercial management team. At Barclays, we don't just anticipate the future - we're creating it.
To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced excel skills with the ability to manipulate system driven data sumps into senior level summary agendas.
Familiar with Barclays internal processes and systems e.g. DCP, Spend approvals, coupa.
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Understanding of Chatbot.
Automation tools.
Microsoft office systems.

This role is based in our Pune office.
Purpose of the role
To provide financial expertise and support to specific business units or departments within the organisation, and act as a liaison between the finance function and various business units, helping to bridge the gap between financial data and business decisions.
