To be successful as a “DevOps Engineer", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Must be graduate/ must have bachelor’s degree.
Should have hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment using tools like Gradle, Docker and CI/CD pipelines using GITLAB, Jenkins, Chef, Ansible etc.
A solid understanding of Service First, release management, patching, and vulnerability management is essential.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools like ELK, ESaaS, AppDynamics.
Knowledge of distributed infrastructure, Unix/Windows expertise, SQL skills, and familiarity with databases like Oracle and SQL.
Experience with Automation, Configuration & Secrets Management.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with Kafka/ActiveMQ or other message brokers for event-driven communication
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform etc.
Incident and Problem Management skills to Monitor and resolve issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
Experience in AI Engineering with Coding Agents, Agentic Frameworks, LLM Platforms etc.
Basic knowledge of Java, experience with integrating multiple toolsets, and strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities are also beneficial.
This role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms as required with the aim of ensuring that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure. Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.
