You will also manage stakeholder relationships, communicate complex ideas effectively, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful as an Engineering Manager – VP , you should have experience with:
Expertise in developing and optimizing Java-based applications
Strong hands‑on experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
Experience with state management (Redux / Context API).
Integration with REST APIs and handling complex UI workflows.
Understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development
Experience designing scalable backend applications in Java
Proficiency in both Linux and Windows Server operating systems
Familiarity with the complete software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Some of Highly Valued Skills may include:
Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab pipelines and TeamCity
Proven ability to redesign applications and drive simplification efforts
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
