As a Engineering Manager, you will design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
To be a successful Engineering Manager, you should have experience with:
Proven experience leading engineering teams in a complex enterprise environment.
Strong technical background in at least one core technology stack used by the team (e.g., backend, frontend, APIs, cloud).
Experience with modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, etc.).
Strong planning, prioritisation, and decision‑making skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and retain engineering talent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead through ambiguity and change.
Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued:
Experience delivering cloud‑native or platform‑based solutions.
Strong understanding of engineering metrics and productivity optimisation.
Experience working in large‑scale, regulated enterprise environments.

This role is based in Pune.

To lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions, driving technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives.
