To be successful as a “Full Stack Engineer - IDL Monitoring Technology ", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience in Java and modern microservices, including event-driven and low-latency engineering.
Proven experience in real-time data processing, enrichment, and scalable backend design.
Full stack capability, including frontend / UI development for operational dashboards and workflows. India only: required in line with standard AVP engineering hiring expectations.
Minimum 7 Years of experience.
Minimum Qualification – bachelor’s degree.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Experience with production resilience, observability, and DevSecOps practices.
Exposure to operational risk, payments, liquidity, or other real-time control platforms in a regulated environment.
Strong test automation and quality engineering mindset with the ability to work across BAU and crisis-use workflows.
This role will be based out of Pune.
