To be successful as a Full Stack Engineer, you should have experience with:
Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer building cloud native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern architecture
Strong experience with AI-assisted developer tools such as GitLab Duo, GitHub Copilot, and Claude to enhance productivity, code quality, and development workflows
Proficient in developing and consuming REST APIs, with hands on experience in CI/CD, GitLab, SonarQube, and Wiz
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and scalable system design
Build features across UI, APIs, and data layers using Java 21+, Spring Boot 3.x, Angular and React/Next.js, ensuring clean integration and adherence to standards
Good knowledge of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools (e.g., CloudWatch, CloudTrail).
Ensure production ready, observable, and resilient releases, leveraging Kafka and API standards (OpenAPI/TypeSpec)
Design, develop, test, and deliver end to end full stack solutions with strong focus on quality, performance, and maintainability
Apply engineering best practices and maintain high code quality through reviews and continuous improvement
Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and engineers to define requirements and assess feasibility.
Support sprint planning and estimation, and own delivery of committed work end to end.
Drive definition of done, including unit/integration testing (JUnit 5, Cucumber BDD) and strong nonfunctional quality standards.

Knowledge of Python skills with experience in GenAI and agentic frameworks

Design and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions
Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams
Promote code quality, reviews, and knowledge sharing
Follow secure coding and testing best practices
Apply observability practices (latency, cost, quality monitoring)
Drive cybersecurity practices including risk assessment, controls, and awareness.
Manage incidents and adopt emerging security solutions.
