To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Need to have at least 8-10 years PMO work experience (Governance or Delivery) with expert reporting/governance skills using Navigator or any other industry wide used tool.
Should have used Jira platform in past. Good understanding of building Jira workflow and roadmap
Good understanding of Barclays CDCS (Change delivery Control and Standards). Should have followed CDCS in past or current roles. Past experience to include roles within project life cycle.
Should have knowledge of Coupa and Concur or any other tools to manage PMO finance governance/reporting.
Proficiency in excel, co-pilot, power point and tableau in current or past roles. Should be able to build Tableau road-maps and presentation.
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Additional basic Macro or having code writing skills is desired, however not mandatory.
PMP certification, Scrum certification or any other project governance certification can be added advantage
Previous work on reporting/governance automation using industry wide tools can be added advantage
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Pune office.
