To be successful as an “IAM AD Operations Analyst", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Degree in information systems or computer science or any equivalent.
Experience and In-depth Knowledge in Identity and Access Management.
Good Knowledge of AD in relation to Account and Exchange Administration.
Strong analytic, incident management and problem management.
Ability to handle large volumes of repetitive tasks while maintaining a high attention to detail.
Good team player and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of controls such as JML, Access certification, SSO, Privilege Access Management.
PowerShell scripting knowledge for extract and modify AD objects.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Good knowledge in IAM security processes and standards
Hand on experience in using toolsets like Oracle/SQL Developer for data extraction
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal skills
Good Knowledge of AD in relation to Account and Exchange Administration
Knowledge of controls such as JML, Access certification, SSO, Privilege Access Management
Strong analytic, incident management and problem management
Ability to handle large volumes of repetitive tasks while maintaining a high attention to detail.

This role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To manage and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, processes, technologies and standards for all IAM functions to ensure the secure access and use of sensitive information across the organisation.
