To be successful as a Senior Business Analyst you should have experience with:
Proven ability to influence and manage across multiple teams and regions to deliver complex projects
Very strong project management skills
Ability to write high quality Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specs that are clear and concise enough for both Operations and developers to follow
A team player willing to share knowledge and help others
Understand the LEAN principles and has the ability to apply them
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Knowledge and experience of Trade lifecycle.
Knowledge of confirmation workflows including drafting technologies
Good product knowledge including one of the following areas Equities Derivatives, FX, Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, Credit derivatives, Securities, FX Forwards and NDF’s.
Good understanding of Thunderhead/ Smart DX, Swift and XML.
Some understanding of document databases such as MongoDB
Some understanding of Microservices architecture

This role is based in Pune.
