To be successful as IFC - Service Engineer, you should have experience with:
Experience on Relational Databases, particularly MSSQL/ Oracle (with exposure to writing queries, tuning concepts, stored procedures) and Unix Shell/ Python script.
Experience of Cloud technologies, AWS, OpenShift/APIs.
Experience of Monitoring & Observability tools - Geneos ITRS, AppDynamics and scheduling Tools – TWS and/or Autosys.
Actively tune monitoring tools, thresholds, and alerting to ensure issues are known when they occur and focus on intelligent alerting with a business context.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience/ knowledge of CI-CD pipeline – Gitlab automation, Hadoop, GenAI.
Prior experience and knowledge of Banking domain, Financial Crime/ AML.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex situations and deliver effective solutions.
The role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To effectively monitor and maintain the bank’s critical technology infrastructure and resolve more complex technical issues, whilst minimising disruption to operations.
