Embark on a transformative journey as an Incremental CRM - Senior Data Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in addressing high‑priority operational risks that require timely remediation, platform stability, reliability, and continuity of core business operations. The primary areas of focus include ongoing support, bug fixes, and targeted enhancements to the CRM platform. ORAC work prioritizes closing control gaps, remediating vulnerabilities, and strengthening operational processes to reduce exposure and prevent future incidents.​

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:

  • Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL concepts, and data warehousing.

  • Build and execute data strategy for Contacts data maintenance in CRM.

  • Hands-on with executing Data Science projects.

  • Experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Dbt, Athena) with some exposure to Power BI/Tableau.

  • Graduate / Postgraduate preferably in IT/Computer science.

  • Effective Stakeholder management with global leads and delivery teams.

Purpose of the role

To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure. 

Accountabilities

  • Build and maintenance of data architectures pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete and consistent data.
  • Design and implementation of data warehoused and data lakes that manage the appropriate data volumes and velocity and adhere to the required security measures.
  • Development of processing and analysis algorithms fit for the intended data complexity and volumes.
  • Collaboration with data scientist to build and deploy machine learning models.
