Embark on a transformative journey as a Java Developer, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, building and delivering scalable, high‑performance backend systems that power critical business capabilities. You will be a key contributor in developing modern, cloud‑native applications using Java and microservices architecture, focusing on resilience, scalability, efficiency and security. Working closely with product owners, architects, engineering teams and stakeholders, you will help shape system design through high‑level and low‑level architecture, contribute to event‑driven solutions, and ensure robust software delivery through agile practices. You will collaborate to define solution designs, optimize performance, and integrate systems across platforms while interfacing with technology partners to deliver innovative and reliable solutions. Leading the drive for engineering excellence, you will champion best practices in software development, design governance and DevOps, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
To be successful as a Java Developer, you should have experience with:
• Strong experience in Java (JDK 17/21) and Spring Boot.
• Designing and building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
• Working with Oracle or relational databases (schema design, optimization, query tuning).
• Implementing event-driven architecture using Kafka or messaging systems.
• Deploying and managing applications using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Contributing to architecture discussions, technical design, and governance processes.
• Working within Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance benchmarks, and secure development practices.
Some highly valued skills may include:
• Experience with Camunda BPM or workflow orchestration tools.
• Exposure to frontend technologies such as React.js.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred).
• Experience in distributed systems and enterprise application architecture.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services domain.

The location of the role is Pune, IN.
