To be successful as a Mobile Operations L3 Engineer you should have experience with:
- UEM/ MDM/ MAM Administration : Hands on proven experience on Mobile Device Management (Corporate and BYOD) technology for iOS and Android endpoints Via Microsoft Intune. Strong command over conditional access policy enforcement. Able to understand and analyse Azure sign-in logs and Intune device logs for failures identification.
- Hands-on with device enrolment strategies (token-based, user-driven, automated enrolment), Device platform and feature restrictions, compliance policy frameworks (configuration profiles, feature toggling, VPN provisioning, digital certificate management)
- Apple Ecosystem Administration : Advanced expertise in Apple Business Manager (ABM) including Device Enrolment Program (DEP) lifecycle orchestration, Volume Purchase Program (VPP) license distribution, App and Book assignment workflow and Role-based access governance for Apple ecosystem integration within enterprise environments.
- Scripting and Automation : Skilled in leveraging Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell modules, and Python scripting frameworks for programmatic automation of Intune and Entra ID API endpoints, enabling large-scaled orchestration, configuration drift remediation.
- ITIL Service Management Excellence : Operational proficiency across Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Enablement adhering to ITIL best practices, with hands-on experience handling Sev-A / Major Incident command Center scenarios and root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
- Cybersecurity and Risk Governance : Functioning as a risk champion, capable of identifying systemic technologies/tooling risks and aligning mitigation with enterprise risk management lifecycle frameworks. Understanding of Apple and Android vulnerability identification and management.
- Build and deliver custom reports leveraging Excel, SQL queries and API data sources.

Purpose of the role
To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms as required with the aim of ensuring that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure. Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.
Accountabilities
- Build Engineering: Development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality infrastructure solutions to fulfil business requirements ensuring measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use. Including the identification of the appropriate technologies and solutions to meet business, optimisation, and resourcing requirements.
- Incident Management: Monitoring of IT infrastructure and system performance to measure, identify, address, and resolve any potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages. Use of data to drive down mean time to resolution.
- Automation: Development and implementation of automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention, utilising software scripting/coding disciplines.
- Security: Implementation of a secure configuration and measures to protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities, and other security threats, including protection of hardware, software, and data from unauthorised access.
- Teamwork: Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define IT Infrastructure requirements, devise solutions, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives via a data driven approach.
