Explore locationJoin us as Operations Change Management Specialist - AVP, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets related to email communications. Your insights will help our company optimize email processes, improve customer interactions, and drive strategic initiatives.
To be successful as Operations Change Management Specialist – AVP you should have experience with:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on email data.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
Preferable detailed knowledge & experience of 2-3 of the following Product Families:
Securities
Listed Futures & Options
Foreign Exchange
OTC Derivatives
Strong skills in the use of documentation, planning and presentation software tools e.g. Advanced MS Office, SharePoint, Visio skills, MS Access
Experience of Requirements Capturing to support a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation
Ability to use statistical methods to support/disprove hypotheses, identify correlations, trends.
Ability to interpret, draw conclusions from data and communicate findings in clear and convincing manner to stakeholders.
Ability to liaise between the business, IT and the functions to create common terminology by moving away from technical or product specific references
Ability to negotiate/influence at senior level on project scope/cost/time options in order to decide optimum way forward.
Preferred Knowledge of operational modelling tools e.g. Blueworks Live, Clicktools
Preferred MBA (Finance)
Preferred Certified in Prince 2/PMP
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Science additionally a degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role will be based out of Pune.
