To be successful as a PAM Violation Management Analyst, you should have experience with:
Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) frameworks (CyberArk, Breakglass, etc.) and standing access violation scenarios
Experience in identifying, analyzing, and remediating PAM policy violations (EBG, DAP, standing access, segregation of duties)
Ability to manage audit queries, evidence collection, and ensure control compliance (e.g., internal policies, KRI/KCI metrics)
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Knowledge of IAM/PAM tooling integrations and access feed validation (e.g., UNIX/Hadoop, AWS, AD)
Experience with incident management, ticketing systems (e.g., RITM/JIRA), and governance workflows
Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills (technology, risk, audit)
Analytical mindset with focus on root cause analysis, control improvements, and automation opportunities

This role is based in Pune.
Purpose of the role
To manage and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, processes, technologies and standards for all IAM functions to ensure the secure access and use of sensitive information across the organisation.
