To be successful as a Pega Developer, you should have experience with:
Extensive hands-on experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Infinity with strong expertise in Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning. Exposure to designing and delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade Pega solutions across multiple releases.
Deep understanding of Pega architecture, guardrails, performance tuning, and security best practices. Strong experience with Pega Integration (REST, SOAP, Kafka, MQ, APIs) and enterprise system connectivity.
Experience leading multi-stream, globally distributed teams in Agile/SAFe environments. Strong governance mindset with ownership of code quality, design reviews, guardrail compliance, and DevOps pipelines.
Experience managing production stability, L3 escalations, and performance optimization.

Excellent communication skills – verbal & written.
Self-motivated, passionate, well organized individual with demonstrated problem solving skills Experience in building distributed Machine Learning systems.
Familiarity with cloud technologies: OpenShift, AWS.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, tooling and automation: Chef, Jenkins.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and development of containerized applications.
Experience with project management tools: Rally, JIRA, Confluence, Stash.
