To be successful as a Run & Operations Engineer you should have experience with:
Experience of relevant experience in the client-specified security management system platforms.
Knowledge of Physical Security infrastructure and experience with technical implementations at an Enterprise level.
Extensive experience in physical security applications CCURE 9000 Access Control, Genetec Security Centre & Mission Control, AXIS IP Camera, and Intercom.
Recognised industry certifications and accreditations in the relevant security systems are essential with no less than 1 year before renewal and a minimum of:
C-Cure 9000 Enterprise Level 1 & 2 minimum but preference will be given to applications who have Level 4 and able to demonstrate knowledge of a C-Cure 9000 Enterprise Deployment.
Genetec OTC1 & OTC2.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience working across multiple time zones, dealing with vendors and teams in different regions.
Knowledge of other Physical Security products / service offerings including mobile building access.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
Extensive experience in performing initial triage and troubleshooting of the security systems to reach timely resolution of on-site issues during project installation.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and interact with key stakeholders.

This role is based in Pune.
