To be successful as a Senior ETL Analyst, you should have experience with:
Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Ab Initio for complex data transformations
Build and optimize data pipelines on Teradata platform for large-scale data processing
Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit testing, integration testing, and data validation
Develop automated test scripts and data quality checks to ensure ETL process reliability
Perform data reconciliation and validation between source systems and target databases
Execute regression testing for ETL processes during system upgrades and changes
Create and maintain test data sets for various testing scenarios
Collaborate with QA teams to establish testing standards and best practices
Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and system performance
Some other highly valued skills may include:
ETL Testing Frameworks – Experience with automated testing tools, data validation frameworks, and test case design
Salesforce Integration - Understanding of Salesforce data models, APIs, and integration patterns with enterprise systems
Data Quality Tools - Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing tools, and establishing data quality metrics
Unix/Linux Scripting - Shell scripting and command-line proficiency for automation and test script development

The role is based out of Pune.

To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.
